Terms Of Service
By booking an appointment with Sparkle Janitorials (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service govern all residential and commercial cleaning services provided by the Company.
1. Scope of Services
- The Company will provide residential or commercial cleaning services as requested by the Client.
- All services are billed at a rate of $150.00 per hour, per team, with a one-hour minimum.
2. Scheduling and Arrival Times
- All arrival times are approximate. Due to traffic, weather, and other unpredictable circumstances, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed. Clients will be notified of any significant delays when possible.
3. Payment Terms and Deposit
- New Clients: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your first appointment.
- A valid credit card must be placed on file prior to any scheduled service.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service and will be charged to the card on file unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
- Accepted forms of payment: credit card, debit card, and electronic transfer.
- Checks are not accepted.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
5. Courtesy Fee
- If our team arrives and is unable to complete the job due to lack of access, water, or electricity, a $50.00 courtesy fee will be charged.
6. Window Cleaning Policy
- If window cleaning is requested, all windows must be folded in by the Client.
- The Company does not remove or reinstall window screens under any circumstances.
7. Appliance Cleaning Policy
- If cleaning is requested behind appliances (e.g., stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer), the Client must move these appliances in advance. The Company will not move heavy appliances due to safety and liability reasons.
8. Completion Review Policy
- If the Client or his or her representative is present at the end of the appointment, any requests for touch-ups or adjustments must be made at that time. If the Client is not present, the cleaning will be considered complete, and no follow-up corrections will be provided.
